still haven't received the item, but realised it's the courier services that's taking so long. checked the tracking no. and it says the same thing for about 2 - 3 weeks now. - - - - - - - STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED IT! EMAILED CRYSTAL, HAVEN'T HEARD ANYTHING FROM HER!
Your item was sent on the 15 February 2007 once I received payment. I send you a tracking number. I have not received a complaint or query from you saying that you have not received your item, instead you rate me negatively. We could have resolved the issue if you only bothered to let me know about your problem. And check your tracking number - Your parcel was send of and did leave the UK.
