Good luck to whoever tries to find his/her way amongst all the UN-uninstallable "freeware".This is going to be fun. A step by step guide would have helped a lot. Why does the term slap-dash-cash come to mind....

very bad deal. paid the seller within the first week of the deal - up to date three weeks later id did not receive the item i paid for. Several email were send to the seller after which he promised to speed post the product the next day - up to date - nothing. very ,very disapointed
Transfer the money on the 10th of last month and still waiting for the item. Been calling a few times and got promises that turn to be big lies! Seller is extremely dishonest and refuses paying back my money!
Have informed and confirmed with Bidorbuy that a legal action will be taken against the Seller!
