Boy was I surprised.It arrived in my mail box, bearing 2stamps, totally wet and torn open.I mailed Darrel who confirmed that the majority of the stuff had gone astray.He said he would send a replacement package.I mailed him on 18/12/ after still receiving nothing and agreeing that I would withhold my
rating until such time as he had had a chance to rectify the situation.Well, 2day I am posting a negative rating. It is 4/2 and no package,no email.I wouldn't recommend this seller to anyone
A rip-off artist of note. Albums were missing, the few items received were damaged, many emails, phone calls and empty promises later I am out of pocket and no sign of the promised replacement or refund.There should be some kind of recourse against sellers of this calibre????
I have never seen a seller as wicked as this on Bid or Buy, this is a rattle snake, that puts on a sheep cloth. he make many fake promises, he even fodged an online repayment recipt. I greatly regret buying from him. Sellers like this often starts well, with good records but suddenly they are overtaken by their greed and start to swindle innocent buyer. He shold be banished forever from Bid or Buy
Payment was made on 6.12.07 - up till now (29.12.07) I've had lots of promises but no delivery. Is it legal to put something on auction if you're not in possession of the item?
So I get a few scrap pages from a bargain bin, yet Im assured the rest is on its way.
Excuses:
1 Parcel lost in the post
2 Assistant messed up the order
3 Assistants boyfriend stole the stock
4 Email is down
5 Sent a new parcel, but dont have the tracking number
6 Im on holiday
7 Cant find the tracking number
His promise of 4 times the winning bid was too high to keep. 2 months & 7 excuses later, Im offered my money back, but not the value of the goods won.
It took along time to finally get my complete purchase as it was first delivered late and then had the album missing. The seller did, however send the missing album and replaced the pages which had been damaged due to bad packaging, for which I am grateful, as I'm sure he could have disputed my claims had he chosen to. Thank you for the items, Darrel - they are very nice.
I have opened a case against Darrel and will take legal steps.It is people like this that give BOB a bad reputation.Hope you get what you deserve Darrel!!.
Are you not supposed to already HAVE the goods you are auctioning? This guy keeps on telling me that he has a problem getting it. He called me 2 weeks after I paid and told me that I would have the hard drives the following Monday, tomorrow will be the Monday following on the Monday he made the promise about. When transactions take so long, I start feeling that I've been robbed!!!!

As with one of the other buyers, I too ordered and paid about three weeks ago. I have been given a number of excuses and earlier this week was also promissed a personal delivery. To date, nothing has been delivered! Should the situation be corrected, I too will change my rating. As of 5 Dec, more promisses of refunds, etc. To date, nothing has happened to fix the problem.

After our long wait, we requested a refund, our money has been refunded. We would rather have had the product, but are not prepared to wait any longer.
