Hi Adenan - I sent mail explaining the problem. I didnt get a response but will give you the benfit of the doubt if I can get even one, of the ten items I bought , to work. I have not been able to get any of the remotes to work on any TV. I will gladly remove the negative feedback if we can resolve this.
hi Mike!you never ask me for any help.you leave feedback only now.there was realy no need for negative feedback.you could of mail me then i would replace remotes not working as i stated in description.you the first to leave neg feedback after i sold about 40 remotes.i just think you wanted to leave me neg feedback.i will replace your faulty remotes if you take back the neg feedback.i believe my customers must be 200% happy.thanks Responded 01 Aug 2007
