I recieved the umbrella on Friday 31/ 8 afternoon on inspection of the umbrella we discovered that it couldent open and there was damage. I requested another umbrella, I did not recieve a phone call when it was dropped off instead it was left with the guardhouse, if I had been home I would of refused to accept delivery of the second umbrella as the quality was even worse than the first one. I can not accept such an inferior item and request a refund. Responded 02 Sep 2007
