I phoned the number given to confirm my purchase and collect the item and was then told that there is nothing she can do as her husband put the item on the web and he is overseas permanently and she had already sold the product to another person, I then told her that there is a legal and binding contract that she needs to deliver on and she just shouted and threw down the phone - hope you have a wonderful life and you should be permanently removed from Bid or Buy............
