Still waiting for Dvds since Oct 2007, seller wont reply to any of my emails! Promised refund end of December, still nothing and no replies to about 5 emails. USELESS!
4.2.08. Order arrived in good condition . Communication reasonably good via email willing to answer silly questions and give progress reports on order. BUT I placed my order at the very beginning of November 2007 (payment went through perfectly that same day) I only received my order at the very end of January 2008 (a 3 Month wait!!!). This was very disappointing and I was left with a loved-one thinking that Father Christmas didnt love him!
Guys, be very wary of this person. I Ordered the Star Trek Enterprise boxset from him on 14 October 2007 and it is now 08 December and still nothing. Trying to phone,sms or email does not help as he just ignores you. Don't be a fool like me and part with your money as you will not see anything in return

I finally got the package after 2 months. Not all sellers fault, but feedback was poor and service totally unsatisfactory. Unfortunately I cant recommend the seller in any way.
Waited more than a month for the product to arrive. none of the extras or commentaries on the disks want to play. had good communication, until i said i wanted to send the product back, now my e-mails are ignored.
No communication from Seller. I've e-mailed and phoned without any response. I've paid for the product and at this stage I'm not even sure if I will get it.

On the 18th July 2007, I made a payment to this seller for amount of R950.00 for the full friends DVD set, I received the order shortly after, none of the DVD wanted to work so I sent it back the seller, I to date have not received a thing or refund, be very careful!!!!!

Communication was very very bad Took over a month to get my product, then i received it and the box was broken, the dvd's don't play on my PC and when i put it in a dvd player it only plays in the middle leaving blank spots on either side of the screen!
i am very unhappy and will look to return this goods for a refund
The package has arrived- very, very late- although much of what went wrong was not the seller's fault, I can't give a positive rating as a result, although the seller was helpful (when he can be reached at all) and the package did arrive eventually- in excellent condition, I am very impressed by it indeed. So all in all I wouldn't call this a positive experience although it wasn't a negative one either hence the neutral rating. Thank you.
Initially had trouble communicating with seller. Product was damaged. Discs were scratched and discolored. Packaging was abused. Seller was willing to replace discs that weren't working. Delivery was quick. Overall bad experience.
