Hello Praganathan, please note that the delivery service is beyond our control as it is effected by the South African Post Office (SAPO). Besides in our mail dated 23 August 2006, we clearly stated that you can either choose your own courier facilities or we can assist with posting of goods at a charge (counter to counter) or you can come pick it up. If you wanted your goods pronto you should have then organized your own courier facilities!!!
