im sorry u had to give a netural rating but as i said in your tel ph conversation before you put a neutral ratng that i would sort it out, not good enough im sorry. i will be sending you a new mirrow kit and a free gift hope you enjoy the mosaics, again im very sorry. if u wish to change it to negative rating then that is what u must do. will contact u asa the pacel is send.
