This buyer only has bad ratings so far the other rating he has is also for a sale that he never completed there was nothing that stopped this buyer to get the right information on what i had to offer if he only took time to find out about my offer he could have had his first positive rating, although i at first gave him a neutral rating he gives me a negitave rating to use his words "JUDGE FOR YOURSELF"
