SNC now filed as have been waiting for almost a month for payment now! Have sent approx 10 e-mails to client and been promised payment "tomorrow" everyday. Client hasn't responded to my e-mails for over a week. Tomorrow has now finally come and gone, I'm patient and don't file SNC's unless I feel absolutely necessary.
