Picture of LCD screen recieved a CRT monitor, monitor damaged. Post office blamed, PC doesnt wrk. The seller asked me to have it fixed at his expense. It was established that the graphics card was faulty ,the seller advertised a 512mb card, what was installed was a 256mb card. The repair cost me R150 which the seller is yet to reimburse. Specified DVD writer but its a DVD Rom! I requested a refund told not an option, appalling, blacklisting is vindicated
You were nothing but trouble from the start. I did send you a fully working computer, it had a dvd writer, not a dvd rom, i told you it was a crt monitor not a Lcd, and as for R190 ?? this is the first time i hear of it. I have positive ratings till you came along, i have even tried to make you happy by sending you an R1000 graphics card as a bonus, i am running at -R1000 loss on this sale and still you are not satisfied. you also only gave me R200 for postage and i paid the other R200 myself Responded 22 Mar 2007
