Ag shame, seems that I have to do with a 13 year old. Thanks for the positive NOW neutral rating, could not actually care. My neutral rating still stands, I did not have a problem with the software or e-books. My problem was the disk quality, and the packing you used when shipping these items. R2.99 disks is not value for money - as you put it. But you could have bubble wrapped the items, it is disks, not soft toys. The casings DID break upon receipt. Sorry you can't take criticism.
