Hi Elize please could you indicate the date you paid, the amount you paid and the reference number, we normally ship within 24 to 48 hours maximum after payment reflects in our account. We have many references that are not correct on our bank statement, so I suspect that the reference did not indicate that it was your deposit. Once a month it is standard procedure to send out snc alerts, so our clients who have indeed paid can notify us thereof and we can investigate, pack and post the gems
What about the EFT that went through on 30 July 2007? What was this for? You can't keep my money for over a month and not send me my items? A quick e-mail would have sufficed - but I have been chasing you for some answers. I suggest you reply to me via e-mail so that this can be resolved - as you are not innocent in this transaction.
