I am changing my rating because of your callous attitude and refusal to answer my emails. That's downright unfair. You change yours, and I'll change mine!
It is your democratic right to change ratings. I have responded to both your comments and your request for banking details. Please note that I have been out of the office for a couple of days. I think a negative rating is justified as the goods didn't arrive. Responded 02 Aug 2007
