DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SELLER THEY TAKE THE MONEY AND YOU NEVER HEAR FROM THEM AGAIN I HAVE BEEN EMAILING FOR A MONTH NOW AND STILL KNOW REPLY I WOULD HAVE EXPECTED AT LEAST A REFUND
i have waited 3 weeks and i am very dissaointed with this sevice. i have personalyy called in numerous times to no availwith elmarie no reponding.finally today the 17 oct i got a tracking number but still no goods. this is the worst people to work with.crap service.- FFF

the item was sent almost 3 weeks later after sending numerous emails. on receiving the item, i noticed that the sub woofer does not work. i emailed the seller to notify them of the fault and asked if they could send me a replacement and i would send the faulty one back. since then i have have 2 emails from the seller stating that they would send me a new set and i have not heard from them since.
this person is not trust worthy, i bought the speakers on the 21 of September 2007. it was payed the same time but there was no response, i then contacted the reseller on the 02 October 2007 of which she said she will get it done immediately (actually she didn't have my postal address). i waited for her to call me for my tracking number as promised but none till now, i even checked on my email but no response. i am not prepared to purchase anything from this supplier!!!!!!!!!
i am changing my rating to nuteral as 1 of the speakers is broken and i emailed them and i've gotten no reply!!!i really didn't want to have to change my rating because i hate rating anything other than positive but this is ridiculous!!!!
The product was delivered at the wrong address - stating that I specified the delivery address while they delivered the parcel to my billing address instead. And I am not really happy with my product.
