Not very good. When I phoned to make arrangments for the delivery, I was told they had no stock, and they would phone me in two days time. I have heared nothing.
No communication from seller in a week - therefore no sale. I've phoned the landline number provided - number invalid. I've phoned the cell number provided, and left voicemails. I've emailed the seller twice - no response.Such a pity - my first negative rating on BOB ever.
Update 05/04/2007: Seller did contact me, apologise for bad service and offer me a free product - which I think is a very fair response from seller's side.
