I am sorry its come to this, until you have sorted out the problem with the doll house you will get negative rating from my side. it has 2 months already, is this how you treat all your customers, you promised me you would be going to sort out in PE last week. no phone calls nothing from your side. I even had to contact bid or buy again = asking for advice about this. You are the only one who has given me problems with my account.
