Very helpful with post purchase arrangements for postage etc. Unit arrived promptly, in fact a day early.
Struggled a bit with tech assistance from the manufacturers re drivers for USB operation as my system did not recognise the device in USB mode. Perfect in bluetooth. A number of emails backwards and forwards I got a few copies of the manual, but no driver. On the whole happy. Do not really need USB connection as bluetooth works fine. Nice unit all round.
