The buyer is really taking advantage. He requested a grace period due to inability to make deposit because bank was off-line. Grace period granted, but buyer has since not bothered to contact me or settle per terms of our agreement. If you unable to abide by terms of sale DO NOT BID. 3 weeks no payment... not good enough.
