If the buyer contacted the seller with their query instead of logging a negative rating first ¿ an amicable solution can be found¿seller is willing to send you a replacement once they are back from overseas. Due to the nature of the product the buyer should arrange their own courier as per advert. Proof movie clips and pics will be taken prior that all worked. The ball is in the buyers court.
