It was a pleasure doing business with the Buyer(originally), unfortunately about 1 week and 5 days after the delivery the buyer complains about bad service. My stock was delayed and the Buyer (her Husband) was aware of this fact before purchase. He was very understanding and accommodating to the situation. I personally drove out to meet with her husband (in peak hour traffic) to make the delivery. I feel this matter should have been addressed with me at the time of delivery and not this late.
I originally received a positive rating from this seller - but he promptly changed it when he received a negative rating from me. There was no need to contact him - he was aware of his shoddy service, and full heartedly deserved the negative rating he got. Selling products on bid or buy that he does not have in stock, and changing delivery arrangements three times is not conducive to good business. Responded 29 Jan 2008
