I clearly replied to your email the sameday when you said your memory card was faulty and asked you to please send me the serial no so i can track the product and stated that I would swap it out with pleasure if it was mine..after 3 weeks I had no response..only today did I receive yor negetive response which is my first..you should pick up the phone and discuss these things first........
