This seller only informs you that he doesn't deliver after you pay. He is also extremely rude and has no professional curtsy. Do not purchase Inverters from this person when you realize you have a Dud unit he refuses to take it back and ignores calls and emails. Stay away from this seller and do not pay a cent till you have tested his units!
