What a disappointment to read your natural rating on BOB,and to think I was to blame for the slow Post Office service.On the 23 July you placed your order;on the 24 you received your Insured Parcel nr.After that it was out of my handsHow can you say MAYBE the Post Office was at fault?Dont you know the post office was at fault and not me and that I deserve a positive rating after I have done every thing in my power to keep my client happy.MAYBE you should rate the post office and not me
