Phone was advertised in good condition with no scratches. Phone has been dropped, more then once, navigation button is missing. The accessories that come with the phone were not sent, sync cable and pouch and the back cover is loose. Not what was advertised.

nonsense the phone doesnt come with a pouch and THERE WERE NO SCRATCHES ON PHONE IT HAS NEVER BEEN DROPPED so please reply to the negative rating gregpw Responded 25 May 2007
