you purchased the laptop in january???and on the 7th of april,u now tell me that the battery aint working?And u give a negative rating..why u did not tell me battery aint working ,wen u received the laptop??why after 3 months????....laptop bag,1st 1 i sent,u shud have received it,tracking number i lost...but i told u im sending u another 1.if u had little more patience,u wud have received it by friday!!!
Faheem, is it possible to get a full refund as this laptop has not been a good buy for me? It has little to do with the laptop bag which still hasn't been sent to me; its the laptop itself as I explained to you over the phone. The battery is not functioning hence it has to be plugged in to the AC outlet for power; and the loaded OS is blocking any programs from being loaded, including the Microsoft service packs, or upgrading Internet Explorer.I will pay for the shipping back to you.
