I phoned the buyer asked her why the neutral rating, her ans is she thought she was bidding on all 6 items, but only bid on 1 & only received 1. Because you did not take the time to read the option on bidding on 1 of 6 or 6 of 6, you rate me neutral, in that case i return the rating because you failed to read before you bid.
