The sale took place almost a month ago. I paid immediately after the sale closed but to date have not received my goods. Stock was not available at the time of the sale and promisses keep being made about delivery - none of which materialise. I also get no feedback from the seller. ::: 4 months later and still no contact. Taking legal action!
Purchased item 11th June. Upgraded purchase and paid difference 13th June. Nikon D2Xs @ R 24 999.00. Many mutually courteous and positive phone conversations. Waited 40 days for delivery. Constant rediculous explanations for delays. Extremely aggressive emails when I expressed my frustration. In contact with other dissatisfied customers, all have similar stories. Now no contact with Mr Wilsenach
paid for the camera over 3 weeks ago. Despite promises by email and phone, no camera has arrived and apparently he was going to refund us but that also has now not happened. The refund was promised on the basis that he had no more cameras in stock! I notice now that there are other people in the same boat. Order 285326 made on 12 June 2007, paid for on 9 July 2007 has not been received. Seller is unavailable on phone and do not answer any emails since 13 July 2007. PLEASE HELP!
