Paid for speedservice delivery only got the modem weeks later After numerous emails. The modem also looks rather dated. And no software or proof of purchase was provided. Therefore the modem is totaly usless and cannot be installed. Beware of this seller. Sellers is not reponding to my emails about the missing software.
