Sent buyer two requests to make payment.. No response at all.. Cannot understand why bid when there is no intention to pay or even have the decency to respond to e mails.. Buyer needs to understand that this type of deliquent activity results in a loss to sellers as it costs to list items .. The item will have to be relisted with all the associated costs duplicated.. Bidding on an item is a legal contract to buy. Buyer failed to respond to Bid or Buy as well
