My first negative rating as well. The seller sent me an invoice and I replied to find out if there is tracking number for paymnet. He nvere responded. He gave me a comment of fast payer but I never paid. I sent number of emails with NO response. Three weeks have passed and still havent heard anything
I had to call (although there was no point as he never answers) on numerous occasions, I sent emails which i did recieve responses but very vague responses. Went to go collect item only to be told no one by that name works here. Sent a stinking email back to supplier and CC'd bidorbuy and got an response. Seller is very green in this business. But in the end got item and am very happy with it.
This will be my first negative rating so far. I have been more than fair and tried to keep contact with the seller with regard to the status of the item and when it would be delivered, etc. Its been just about 2 weeks now and I have not received the purchase and have only received 2 emails from the seller. I have mailed the supplier since and have not received a reply in almost a week. Very bad service, and I dont dish these out lightly.
Poor communication and delivery - due to the item not being in stock at the time of the auction and the seller having to wait for stock from their supplier?? I am happy with the product received - good quality.
Made payment on 4 July, haven't heard from him since, nor does he reply to e-mails and the provided cell number is never in use. However, he was very qiuck with sending his banking details ??? I will change this rating when I receive my goods.
Item finally arrived, we made alternate arrangements because seller didn't make proper arrangements for stock that he sold(sold items he doesn't have). Sent replacement which was used(clearly visible) and I had to pay for transport costs which I shouldn't have incurred.Don't buy from this amateurs!!
Be warned, this user doesn't answer his phone, and rarely answers emails. Last mail I got was "sorry- no stock". I'm still waiting to resolve this issue as I've not received my item, nor any assurance that item will be sent, after paying promptly on the 28th June.(It's now 23rd July). BTW BoB hasn't been much help with this dispute as well.....
As the seller has no history I have tried on 2 occasions to contact them. They do not answer their cellphone and do not return calls.
I have therefore not proceeded with the transaction.
I have not recieved the memory card nor have any of the email I have sent been answered. This negative rating will remain unill the seller contacts me and if/when I recieve the memory card.
Finally came round to phoning me! Great price, very unclear of instructions with regards to the collection of the item. I suppose it must be because he is a new seller.
