The buyer communicated to me very soon after the sale, that he will not be forwarding the funds for the item. He has not given a valid reason. We had spoken on the phone to resolve the matter and I e-mailed to him the terms and conditions of purchases on bid or buy. He is not a serious buyer and should be blacklisted!
