After keeping my side of the bargain, paying upfront without any issues I was notified that the supplier didnt have stock and that I would receive an 'immediate' refund. This is 5 days ago now, with absolutely no confirmation of refund or funds in my account!!! This is turning pretty ugly, Mish---WHAT IS HAPPENING???
I paid for the overnight delivery. Camera received 6 days after payment. A camera bag was included as an apology for the late payment. The camera did not include the battery and charger. Only after I theatened legal action did I receive the battery and charger. The battery and charger were not original Cannon products. This whole deal took 2 weeks and numerous e-mails. I will not recommend this seller to anyone. There is also no contactable number to reach the seller.
Item was sent in good time, but one part short. The seller cannot be contacted, only has a fax, to which he does not respond, so I had to buy a cable locally. Perhaps this seller should make his phone number available.
I received my camera in perfect working order. It was late and Mish needs to be more upfront with the customer, but I don't think the extremes of legal proceedings etc are necessary. I suggest Mish explain himself, apologize and be allowed to continue his business.
If there is a legitimate problem with the courier, I will give Mish the benefit of the doubt but he should keep us updated and should have told us that delivery would not take 48 Hours. I have purchased this camera for my company and they have the ability to track him down through equipment that we happen to manufacture, my boss has said that if we dont receive communication by Monday, they will start legal procedures.
Mish I am very disappointed? It is over a week and still no camera! Can anybody help me recover my money? [email protected] - 0837902900. 19 Sept 07: I eventually managed to get a full refund. I found this seller dishonest and extremely rude! It was near impossible to get a reply out of him and every reply he gave he insulted me. I was one of 5 people with the same problem and will MOST DEFINITLY NOT DEAL WITH HIM EVER AGAIN!!!

Its now been a week since i paid in the money, and after you lied saying you arranged with DHL, which they know nothing about, you refuse to answer any of my emails. After i asked for my money to be paid back - still no contact from you!! This is clearly a case of THEFT!!!!! Would not advise anyone to buy from this seller, as he is quick to sent banking info, but after receiving the money, he is not to be found..... Im STILL waiting for my money back OR the item!!!!!!!!!!!!!
My order was canceled by the seller after waiting for 2 weeks for delivery!He never kept me informed on the status of my order and never informed me of any problems he had! Mish Refunded me in full.I will not do business with him again!
My order has been cancelled. Mish refunded my money in full. I would still however never do business with Mish again, as he is quick to make promisses, but then provides a very poor service. His communication with the buyers is extremely poor!!!

Delivery 11 day's late, Can not get hold of the seller, Advert was placed for a new camera, received a seconhand camera with scratches.

The item condition of the auction distinctly shows that the item is SECONDHAND. Can you not read? We confirmed that the camera was new condition with minimum signs of wear and tear. Mish, I have sent countless mails (with proof of read receipts) requesting the details of the company who repairs your cameras that are still under guarantee. This has been going on since December 07. To date I have still not received the information. I have sent you another email and cc'd my lawyers. Because of this experience I am very skeptical to make use of Bid or Buy for future transactions.
