This seller is a fraudster. He advertisers an Apple I phone and send me an LG phone with the reason that the suppliers sent him the wrong goods and he can only refund me once he sells this phone. Ive waited 3 weeks for the phone but was let down by the seller. ALL BID OR BUYERS.PLEASE BE WEARY OF THIS SELLER. It has now been a month, and I have still not received my HTC Touch. I have been in contact with the seller, and he has many excuses that have become very difficult to believe. He claimed that he finally received the products on Monday the 3 December and would courier it overnight. I have still not received my Phone!!!!!
Its been over 14 days now and still no Iphone , I have payed R3500 into his account and I am yet to receive anything for it. I have requested a refund . Further steps might be needed because this seller refuses to refund me , he has been lieng to me about the refund for 4 days now. This guy is a fraudster. He wont give me his ID or any legit info yet he wants me to pay R3500 per iphone upfront and wait for over 2 weeks to get it. He wants me to deposit cash into a company account.. with no guarantees whatsoever.. if he does not supply the phone, legally, i cant do anything to him cause i paid his company.
