Payment was received after an SNC was filed. Upon receipt of the item, buyer claimed it to be "faulty". A replacement unit was dispatched under agreement that the "faulty" unit would be returned. This agreement was on 19/12/2007. Several return requests have been forwarded without response. 99 days have past since the agreement was made. This is not acceptable. Today 27/03, I have granted the buyer 48 hours to provide remedy, failing which action shall be implemented and a case lodged with SAPS.
Please arrange to have the 'completed SNC' alert removed from my account. It is a bit embarrassing to see it each time, particularly as the deal was completed awhile ago. Many thanks. Xcited. Responded 23 Nov 2007
