Good day. I regret to inform you but both the Band of Brothers and Game of Thrones Blu-ray sets are slightly damaged. Brothers has a crack on the plastic case and can clearly be seen through the plastic protective film, and Thrones box has a tear on the box cover on the corner. How do we proceed for a replacement?
