Only received the item 3 weeks after payment. The auction clearly stated that the sale includes a Turbosim to unlock phone, but no turbosim was included. I have sent various emails with no response.
The phone arrived no problem, but you cant get hold of the guy besides email. As per other customers, phone is always off. So how does one go about warranty?

Another thing, being 1.1.2 otb, you need a stealth/turbo/next sim, which he never mentions. He does supply, supposedly, but never comes back to you about obtaining one to enjoy the iphone.
Its over three weeks since receiving product but have not received warranty documentation as yet. Memory-card reader does not work properly. Contacted seller but received no reply as yet.
Be careful of this seller. What happens when you need warranty. He does not issue invoices and does not answer his phone. If you have bought from him, please check your product serial numbers with the agents before you have problems. You are buying a high priced item!!!
I dont know why this guy is blacklisted!!! I got the item I paid for within two or three working days. Some misunderstanding because he does not answer his phone but he is still a good seller. Thanks Kevin, will do business again when you are not blacklisted!

Good service. Amazed by the quality of the picture for the price I paid!! This was a true bargain! Disappointed though that there where no adapter included for the alien connector of the charger. Sat a whole day with a grand camera which was dead... The 2x 2Gig SD's and spare battery are however a good compensation on the end - almost did not think this way yesterday night...

Absolute pleasure doing business with this guy. Didnt have to phone or follow up or chase after goods. Dude told me it will be there the friday morning before 11AM and it was delivered before 11AM. Everything was in good working order no missing parts no faulty parts. Would recommend him anytime.

I placed an order for a new quad for my son. I made the neccesary arrangements with the seller, he never bothered to contact me after i left numerous messages. I'm extremely dissappointed with the way in which this was handled. It's been 5 days and still no word from them..... Needless to say, i now have to make another plan for my son... I'm not amused !!!!!
Sure you've placed the order, but payment was due within 48 hours and after 5 days you stil did not make any payment. All you wanted was to view the quad bike according to our agent in Durban who has NO TIME for your kind of games and is EXTREMELY busing doing more porductive work. At first I was uncomfortible going forward with transaction because of some negative ratings on seller...I can promise you that the negative feedback gives a false impression of seller... Smooth transaction, effortless, and speedely delivery. 24hrs after payment was recieved. Can defnitely recommend this seller...
