She made me a personal offer but after payment - no where to be found, no answers on email, no NOTHING,,, wasted money, down the drain, hopes she enjoys X-mas with my money but we will meet soon.... in court.....
Duped again by an amateur! There should be some sort of verification and or recourse for these types of transactions. I am sick and tired of new members popping up and running off with funds. I am usually a very wary buyer and cannot believe that people would actually do this intentionally. I will quite gladly change this rating if you are genuine, but until then, I have opened an SAPS case, contacted your bank's legal department for a refund and spoken to my attorney - I will find you! HBM.
It seems like this same ipod has been sold to a few people. I've also paid the money and haven't received or heard anything since. She doesn't answer her email or phone. It means I've have been conned as well and not cheaply either. I've definately lost faith in bidorbuy, since this is the second time I've been conned (by different sellers) and in both cases there is not much I could've done differently.
Paid the money on the 28 November 2007 and have not heard from the seller since then...attempts to contact her through the phone and e-mail were to no avail....so please be warned I believe this seller is a con-artist and I'm about to open a case of fraud to the police. If anyone has been able to locate her/him please also let me know.
Still not received camera to date. Hope something comes out of the BidorBuy community service and the several people opening up cases against her.She needs to get her just deserts
I bought an ipod from this seller for my son for Christmas but have now found out it was a fraudulent deal - sorry state of affairs, dont know how people live with themselves, just remember it all comes back to you in the end. I am going to police tommorrow hopefully you get your just deserve.
I have paid for the phone however have not received it. As soon as I paid the seller, she does not answer her cellphone or emails. I will request the police to open a fraud case against her and in terms of the new legislation will obtain her proper name, id number and adress from the bank.
Seller appears to have copied this auction from another seller so i waited patiently to see what he/she/they would do...just sorry i never alerted the Bidorbuy community about this suspicious activity sooner.
absolutely obsurd!!!! this seller is a fraud and a fake. i payed for the ipod and never heard a word from the seller. numerous times i've tried to contact them, but the phone is always off and none of my emails are ever answered.I've opened a police case and i've taken legal action against this seller. I hope and pray that they get what they deserve - A JAIL SENTANCE!!!!!!!!
Split personality. They have taken money but no delivery. And then seller gets abusive. Because it is being queried. I am threatened to hope and pray they do not get blacklisted....
