I can see that buyer is new to bid or buy but the item was bought on the 16th and I still haven't received payment, it's the 21st already. I've emailed the buyer twice and I just don't receive any responce. I don't mind waiting for a payment if I know what's going on. I'll be glad to remove the negative rating if you have a reasonable explanation.
