Beware of john the fruadster! We had made a deal to swap phones, we both agree to post the phones and give eachother the tracking number,i posted my phone to him and he recieves it. And what do i get, a tracking number which doesnt even exit, this is a fruadster, i will have to go to the police and file a fruad case against him,with all the info ive recieved so far. Why did he promise me a phone which he had already swapped !? Wtf. its up to bidorbuy and the Investigators to deal with him now.

Buyer indicated that he wanted to swap the PDA for a PSP. We arranged to meet today (14 November) at a shopping centre to complete the swap (deal completed on Bid ot Buy). Right up to 15 minutes before he gave me an indication that he would be there. He did not arrive and will now not answer the phone when I call. Answered when I called from another number but he hung up when he heard it was me and ignored further calls from that number.

Buyer wanted to swop a Sony Ericcson K810I for the PDA which is why we made the deal. Unfortunately we could not come to an agreement with regard to the exchange of the items. We both agreed to cancel the swop due to the deadlock in our negotiations. No hard feelings - No harm done
