Offered buyer a full refund and the buyer said they wanted to keep the set. We then offered a R200 discount but it still seems that the buyer is not happy. Turns out that the set works perfectly fine. We really have tried our best to be accommodating here. Rating is suppose to be about pre and after sale service as well as about the product and in the end the product was fine and we did all we could to help, so the negative is really unwarranted. What else would you like us to do?
