I feel it is totally uncalled for to leave a negative rating without discussing it with the seller first. I have sold about 50 of that item without any negative feedback...I don't appreciate my goods being called bad quality. If she had contacted me I would have replaced the batteries or offered a refund. Very unneccessary and really in bad festive spirit!!!
I really feel that checking the item before sending it is not unreasonable. It is considered good business practise. Didn't want to have "bad festive spirit", but consider I intended this as a gift for someone, then received an item which is not in working condition. Now have to find a new gift after already spending money... Any replacement would be too late for Christmas. Responded 21 Dec 2007
