delivery fee processed by system came to R50. on wanting to make the payment, i was told by seller that it's a mistake and is actually R250. according to the seller, a mistake which causes a lot of confusion. lt Ieft me a bit uneasy as it was my first time.

Despite the delay in receiving the order - he kept me informed the whole time and I understood the reasons for the delay. No problems and I will order from him again.
After three weeks i finally received my Ghd straightener, i'am a bit disapointed due to the fact that you can clearly see my straightener has been previously used, the whole inner part of my box was damaged. The cd is damaged and does not work, and i did not not receive the "turbie twist" towel as a free gift as stated in the advert. My straightener is in a working condition but is also damaged on the outside. I was under the impression that this is a brand new sealed product.
i am very sorry,BUT I MUST STRESS,my products come staright from the supplier and they are brand new,i can confirm that with all i have sold my products to,i am suprised how you got a used product,the damage could be the handling in transit,i can replace a cd if you like and what is missing.My goal is to provide a good service,i am very dissappointed on this matter and it s just a one off,i am sorry Responded 15 Mar 2008
With all due respect the advert for the sale of Nokia E90 was not clearly advertised which caused a misunderrstanding and confusion on my part. I hope in future the advertisements are not misleading and much much more clearly advertised.

Product took a little longer than it should have to reach me, but wasn't sellers fault, his supplier made a mistake. But i received my GHD in Perfect condition. Was a pleasure doing Business.
