I had a quick response from liezen3 and she made sure that i understand and read the documentation that were send through to me and also highlited the areas where i need to sign. she always back check that everything is well. the whole transaction it was hassle free and easily understandable. i got my new phone delivered to me within 3 days and the item is sealed and protected and in perfect condition.
