Hi Yan. Thank you. I did recieve the product in good condition. There is still one problem. You said it had an AV IN and it is only an AV OUT to tv. Listen you must explain to me how this work or otherwise I will have to return this product to you and get my money back or you will have to get me something Like a HUM MPM 18 or something with an AV IN.
