Very disappointed that buyer feels it necessary to give a neutral rating when problem with necklace could have been resolved with a simple e-mail. The necklace was definitely intact when I sent it....we all know that the postal services show no respect for parcels when handling them...
I have fixed the necklace. However, the break was not as a result of the Post Office. To change my rating from a positive rating to a negative rating when I have fixed the item is uncalled for. An e-mail would not have solved the break in the necklace Responded 17 Mar 2008
