Buyer asked to pay in instalments which I agreed to..Buyer advised that she could not make first payment in the first week.. I accomadated her..She advised that she would pay by March the 3rd.. I asked her if she was sure so that I would know whether to move on .. She promised to pay.. To date no payment has been received , only empty promises.. Buyer needs to understand that there is significant costs to listing an item on bid or buy.. Those costs will have to duplicated when item is relisted..
