Buyer promised to make payment last Friday which was more than a week after auction closed.. Agrred that it was fine.. Sent buyer a reminder on Thursday.. Still no payment.. Cannot understand why bid whn there is ni intention to pay.. The item could have gone to other legitimate buyers who have since moved on.. Buyer needs to understand that it costs to list items on bid or buy.. By not paying , the seller needs to relist the item with all the lis . Still no response from this habitual non payer
