Hi well lets see 1st you did not pay for your tanzanite so we filed a snc against you with bob, then you did pay so we sent it onto you = bad start. So we can only assume you are a person who likes to manipulate rules to suit yourself and love to complain on top of it. Funny how the other few 1000 buyers dont find our values misleading!
